DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

PLEASE NOTE THE BELOW DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY FOR OUR WAREHOUSE SALE

  • Our team are working around the clock to ensure your orders are shipped with priority. We thank you for your patience and understanding for any delays experienced.
  • We offer a $15 AUD flat rate shipping on all warehouse sale orders.
  • The purchaser is liable for any applicable import taxes and duties incurred on warehouse sale orders.
  • Our Australian warehouse sale accepts orders from Australia and New Zealand only. All orders must be shipped within the same country of order.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you email updates about its progress so you know exactly when to expect it. 
  • Your order needs a signature upon delivery, so if there is no one around to receive it the courier will leave a missed delivery card.  You can then organise for your order to be re-delivered whenever it suits you! If you choose to issue the courier with Authority To Leave so that the parcel may be delivered without a signature, BNKR is no longer liable for your order.
  • If you live in a remote area, your parcel may be forwarded onto a local courier service. This will appear on your tracking as a delivery event.
